Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are handcrafted one at a time. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for me to pick, inspect, and carefully package your wallet before it ships.

Shipping Time I offer free standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 days (U.S. and international) from the shipment date.

Transit times may vary slightly for remote addresses or during peak holiday periods.

Tracking & Notifications As soon as your order leaves my hands, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery window. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time. If the carrier shows a delay, please email me and I'll help investigate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) Shipping is free, but international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are imposed by local authorities and are not controlled by or payable to Taytum's Wallets.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at contacttaytum@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. I'll work with the carrier and with you to find a solution.

Address Changes & Cancellations Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email me immediately and I'll do my best to update the order before it ships. Once a package is in transit, I cannot change the address.

Exceptions & Delays While I aim to meet the 7 to 12 day delivery window, occasional carrier delays, customs holdups, or unforeseen events may extend transit times. I'll notify you if I become aware of any significant delay.
